ONE KING ONLY.

In days gone by there was a Throne 

In building so wonderfully made and decorated

By Our Wonderful Father the most powerful 

The site on which it stood Holy. 

When the temple still stood in Jerusalem 

Jesus said to twelve that the 

Temple 

Would be broken down no structure left.

Twelve were shocked down to their feet

They did not believe what we said 

Give us signs give us signs now

Jesus gave the signs misunderstood by many.

 Jesus The King died on a Cross

 He rose from the grave in three days

 He went to the Father in Heaven 

What can we sing to praise Him.

How Lord Jesus must we all sing

To say Thank You to You our Saviour 

We sit and think how to start

And our  thoughts go no  where now.

Oh Glorious King may only the Spirit 

Teach how to sing thanks and praise 

Then the praise will be pure  love

That only comes in the unseen world 

Pointing to His Kingship over all nations. 

In His Name His Presence shall be

In our Temple with Him never ending.
